Your agreement to our terms

Due to the hygienic, personal, and customized nature of our raw hair products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped. This policy applies to all wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, custom units, and sale items. Hair is a personal product and cannot be restocked or resold once handled.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders typically require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Custom wigs generally require 3–7 business days for processing. Shipping time commences only after this processing period is complete.

Ensuring a seamless experience

Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address. BOSS HAIRS is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout. Furthermore, any fraudulent disputes or chargebacks will be thoroughly investigated. By purchasing, you agree to resolve any issues directly with BOSS HAIRS before contacting your bank, which helps us protect our business.

Proper maintenance is essential to preserve the quality and lifespan of your raw hair. BOSS HAIRS is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or installation. Any alterations to a unit, such as cutting lace, bleaching knots, colouring, or installation, void eligibility for any order review. Once lace is cut, the deal is sealed.

Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the courier. BOSS HAIRS is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. If you experience any issue with your order, you must contact BOSS HAIRS within 48 hours of delivery.
